Hemp Oil is a fantastic option for any finishing dressing – including salads, soups, veggies or even drizzled over popcorn for a tasty snack idea (and a healthier option vs. butter). We recommend not to fry with hemp oil as it may alter the nutritional properties of hemp oil.
